Underwater Sports ships to virtually any address in Australia. Please note that there are restrictions on some products.
Please note we do not ship products to international destinations.
All prices displayed on this website exclude shipping costs and are in Australian Dollars.
When you Check Out of our online store through our Shopping Cart $15 Flat Rate shipping Australia wide will be added for all orders under $500.
Orders over $500 will be shipped free of charge, and orders for courses and dive tours will not be “shipped” so will not be charged for shipping.
Delivery Time frame
Our aim is to dispatch orders within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.
If a product is out of stock we will try and notify you within 48 hours (2 business days). If a backorder is required a delivery date will be forwarded to you once we receive the item.
Customer Service Policy
Underwater Sports is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We make every effort to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.
However due to human error and unforeseen circumstances sometimes products and deliveries are out of our control.
Standard delivery time frames are between 3-7 business days (location dependent); in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder, or a full refund.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. If the item is not faulty, or you have simply chosen the wrong size, then the return shipping will be at your own cost. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), then we will pay the return postage.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes for PayPal to process our request.
If you need to return an item, please login to your account on our website, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
Please note that postage costs are not refundable.
