Do your Wreck Diver Specialty on South Australia’s best wreck dive, the ex-HMAS Hobart!

The PADI Wreck Diver Specialty course teaches you the basic principles for fun, safe wreck diving and is divided into knowledge development and open water training. It includes the planning, organizing, procedures, techniques, problems and hazards of Wreck Diving. The preparation and use of lights, air supplies, special equipment and penetration lines and reels. Plus limited visibility diving and emergency procedures.

The Wreck Diver qualification is required for divers wishing to go inside and explore the exHMAS Hobart (and other wrecks!) and as the training dives are done on the exHMAS Hobart, it is a great way to learn more about this fantastic site.

Course cost $545

Includes theory session(s), above & under water practice of reel use, and four boat dives (3 of which are on the exHMAS Hobart.

Does not include equipment hire. Scuba equipment can be hired if you do not yet own your own, or we can guide you in your choice of dive gear.
